Final report for Phase 1 (Data Discovery) is complete. Findings of the report have been presented to applicable groups and SLT throughout the month of June. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the project will start in September 2023.

Data Training Curriculum initial program development will start in August 2023.

In flight, approximately 60% complete. Team is currently on Milestone 3/4, and conducting tests to validate recovery workflows, identify weaknesses, assess readiness, simulate different scenarios, and ensure business continuity.

Web Content Audit changes are starting to be rolled-out over the next month to prepare for a better user experience. This includes a document inventory, 50+ pages being updated with revised content, and a full Information Architecture update that will provide a better UX/Navigation workflow.
