The project is 60% complete. Wifi upgrades at Ken Nichol, Operations and City hall are completed. Switches for RCMP,FCSS, City hall, SEED, AND YOUTH Centre are yet to be installed.

Final report for Phase 1 (Data Discovery) is complete. Findings of the report were presented to applicable groups and Senior Leadership throughout the month of June. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the project will start in September 2023

The project team has completed the activities in phase one and finished classifying the top 25 technology spend vendors. The project is in the process of identifying the level of risk each of the top 20 technology vendors pose to daily operations. The next step is to create standardized templates for managing vendors.

Web Content Audit was completed with resources, assets and action items being organized for implementation. This includes a document inventory, 50+ pages being updated with revised content, and a full Information Architecture update that will provide a better UX/Navigation workflow.
